Terms Of Use

TERMS:
Prepaid or COD. Your first order must be accompanied with payment. If you require credit, we are equipped to handle Master Card and Visa, these will be considered prepaid. Please complete order form provided. Institutional Accounts excepted.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Only orders that meet or exceed our $50.00 minimum will be processed.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED, LOST, OR SHORT SHIPMENTS - GOODS IN TRANSIT TRAVEL AT THE RISK OF THE PURCHASER.
If any items are broken, be sure to repack the damaged item(s) as you received them so the carrier may inspect it in its original packing and carton; contact your local carrier and file a damage pickup claim. Items must be returned to us by carrier for replacement to occur. Lost or short, notify us so we can start a tracer and get your shipment to you. All claims must be noted within 10 days.

CREDIT REQUESTS:
We want you to be satisfied with our product. Please let us know within 5 days if there is an issue with your order. Should there be an error on our part, we will be happy to give you full credit, refund or replacement at our discretion. We will reimburse you for the return shipping cost. Should there be an error on your part (or if you've changed your mind), we will give you credit, refund, or replacement if the product returned is in re-salable condition and in the original carton. Returned orders may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. You pay return shipping costs. Special orders are excluded. No merchandise may be returned without our written permission.

ORDER & DELIVERY:
Two to six weeks delivery. Allow two additional weeks for special orders. Please indicate any special deadlines. Arrangements must be made in advance in writing. We are a small company and do not inventory large quantities of merchandise. Many of our products are made to order.

RUSH ORDERS: We can ship your order out within 24 hours if in stock, subject to a $25.00 charge for the additional rush handling. NOTE: This does not include any special freight charges such as Federal Express or UPS Air.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We will never share, sell, or trade your email address. We guarantee the confidentiality of your personal information.
